Please Note: A $50 Deposit per sculpture is required at the time of booking.  The Balance is due 2 weeks before delivery.  There is a $20 fee for returned checks.  

*Delivery time should be 1 hour prior to the event starting (e.g. reception).  We are not responsible for misstated delivery times.  It is the customer's responsibility to notify Ice Carver's Choice of any changes. You must have a table that can hold a minimum of 300 pounds. There must be electricity ran to the table prior to delivery.
